Thesis.net Property Management solution is a unique -and with unique records- management and operation application (Licensing, Real Estate, Legal Service) for all departments that are directly involved in real estate managing issues and those that complementary and in some cases need information (i.e. Accounting).
The application manages all information related to authorizations (i.e. licenses), elements like the entity that owns each facility (i.e. airport), the region where it belongs, the incomes of each facility and additional data recorded per facility: Topographic (Display on Google maps), land uses, encroachments etc.
All data related to a specific property (contracts data, evaluators report, leases etc.) and additional data like Code No for National Lands, topographic contract, easement and any other if requested, arecategorized.
